Our free-range outdoor reared pork shoulder roasting joint has been hand boned and rolled making this the perfect, slow-cooked roast. With an ample covering of fat for real flavour and tenderness.


We like to marinade ours, preferably overnight, in crushed garlic, salt and olive oil, sear well and then add foil and roast slowly adding a good glug of white wine, basting regularly as you go along.
